Why do you want to be Staff?

I've been active for a few years on various accounts and know the community and the sites norms well.
I want to help keep the site running smoothly, I have made a decent amount of pastes over the years and care about the site's longevity, I want to give back by helping with moderation rather than just consuming and not giving back to the site and community as it seems rather selfish.

Explain something about yourself.

I have prior moderation experience on similar sites, i understand the difference between enforcing rules and inserting personal bias. I'm quite consistent with my work, and you can expect me to be on almost 24/7.
