While other people may have access to it is made clear in other screenshots that it is him. He shows himself DMing an accounts vendor (PayPal accounts, also used for fraud) from his imjustbait account. He then further last month on his Instagram account did two things. He firstly showed the otp.agency panel on his Instagram story and secondly he showed a "runners" number on his story (GiffGaff phone number). I do not have the screenshots of this but I will try to acquire them. You cannot log into the panel WITHOUT having a login or subscription.
