They are always on the lookout for minors, and they have been caught asking for pictures, cutting themselves, and then sharing them for their own amusement. 
There have been several cases where they were caught harassing minors in dms and later ended up switching accounts/profiles to escape the allegations. 
Yor is well-known for its toxicity, and there have been instances where individuals were compelled to self-harm and caused leaks.
