USE THE FOLLOWING TEMPLATE & CREATE A PASTE: Who are you? i'm zone Why do you want to be Staff? i want to be staff because i spend a lot of time on this site and i care about the community a lot. i have plenty of free time and im active pretty much every day so id be able to be a very active staff member and help out whenever needed i want to be able to moderate pastes and make sure theres no funny business going on. id check reports, go through pastes, click links, and make sure everything follows the tos. i hate seeing rule breaking content stay up longer than it should i dislike everything against tos, a lot of that stuff goes unnoticed sometimes and some of it stays up way too long. if i was staff id make sure those kinds of pastes get taken down as fast as possible. im also very active not only on the site but in the community aswell, so i already know a lot of the users and whats going on around the platform. i just want to make a positive impact on the site, help users, enforce the rules fairly, and help keep the platform good Explain something about yourself. i own, manage and lead alot of communities on socials ive been around online communities for a long time and ive had moderation experience before so im familiar with dealing with reports handling problems and making decisions when needed. i dont mind putting time into something if i care about it and when i take on a responsibility i always do it right im on the site a lot and i pay attention to whats going on around the community. over time ive learned a lot and met all kinds of people which has helped me understand how different situations should be handled. im always interested in learning more and improving wherever i can something about me is that i try to stay level headed no matter whats going on. i dont like picking sides or letting personal opinions get in the way of decisions. i prefer looking at the facts and using common sense before coming to a conclusion. if theres a disagreement or a situation that needs someone neutral to look at it im usually able to do that without being biased toward anyone i'm also very noteable online.
