The Guitar Pit - owner of The Guitar Pit discord and defunct youtube channel. Runs a discord server that masquerades as an innocent guitar server but in reality is anything but. 

Server includes themes of racism, sexism, frequent un-ironic homophobia and transphobia, and the owner actively encourages all of this behaviour. Members of this discord frequently harass 
former members and the server owner both passively and actively encourages this behaviour.  

It is highly likely his employer is unaware of the things he says and the behaviour he encourages in his server.
