PEDOPHILE ON THE LOOSE!!! INFORMATION PROVIDED BUT HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!

VICTIM WILL NOT BE REVEALED IN ANY WAY ON THIS POST! 
So Hayden Stern is a 24 year old (birth date is unconfirmed but year is at least 1997) man who unfortunately had a sexual relationship with a minor. 
(16 year old girl, she was 15 when their relationship started).
Hayden Stern lives in Reno, Nevada (the best information I could find are some apartments near the University of Nevada, Reno. I found an approximate address, 
circled on a map in the megafile below. I'm using a nearby taco restaurant as a waypoint to easily find the area on a map.)

Unfortunately the phone number I have has not been confirmed to be his, therefore I will not be including it. But good news--at least I consider it good news--I have
some of his socials. (super easy to guess & find, you can probably find more easily.) Also just a theory, but if someone were to be able to obtain a password of his,
I have a feeling he's using the same/similar passwords across his socials.
