Ive been around doxbin for a while around 4-5 years between then and now i have gone through quite alot of accounts and just been sort of hovered around it, im a nice guy so yea i dont mind speaking to anybody!! Why do you want to be Staff? I want to be a staff for Doxbin because, I would really like to enforce TOS of Doxbin and its respective rules. Which includes moderating pastes and analysing their content. (Length, Appropiatability, Etcetera). I want to help the community in a way that is solely different to others, I want to provide a comfortable experience for db users and a useful environment. Furthermore, I am willing to obtain the rank as a Doxbin Staff Member because I have more or less been curious and I have contemplated on how it fits my personality, Plus I have a LOT of experience in moderation in a huge and wide variety of different scenarios and genres. Such as being apart of moderation in a game, server, channel and alot more. In conclusion I want to be staff because I want to show outstanding moderation enforcement to users and bring a positive reputation to Doxbins Future Staff/Moderation Team. This would allow me to become disciplined and gain further experience and bring moderation to a whole new level. I hope to become staff because I will not let anyone down/not engage within the work and tasks set. Explain something about yourself. Well firstly, I am more or less incredibly active online wether that being on doxbin or not. I am always willing to complete any sort of task wether that ranges to being the most simple or complex I am always willing to give it a shot. I am resilient and perseveerent as I wont be slacking/becoming lazy over a certain period of time. I have great problem solving skills (may not be relevant to this but uh yea!) and I also have great communication skills in general. Im able to work in a wide variety of environments and be single handedly proactive at the same time. I am able to multitask and uphold/enforce rules and complete other tasks at the same time. I am mature and compassionate which in my opinion is a value everyone should have in their life (could be wrong..) But overall Im a chill guy and Im not a slacker in anything. I know my stuff and I can always do my best and work hard to succeed. I feel like at the same time i may or not be different to other applicants but I hope you take this into consideration as uh Idk ive just yk sort been around this type of job a long long time.
