OK, the daughter could be fake and it is not a reliable information unless proven.
The IP in the email header is the Google IP so it is useless to know.
The only valid information is Telephone number and the associated name Hailey/Hailee Snow. Also the Associated address is worthy of investigation

I believe he is in Florence because I made attempts at tracking the phone number and email and multiple sites claimed it to be from Florence Kentucky but for some reason under the name Hailee Snow.
