Posting on behalf of victims.

This person may seem normal but, they were caught, trying to poison people in 
a building.
Intercepted some of their malicious messages, saying they want to cause cancer
to the victims. By injecting chemical substances, and even powdered PCP into the
wall cavity of a building. The victims got tested and fell severely ill.
This was largely undetected for a long time until victims felt sick and nauseous 
and went to go see their doctors.

Found out this person is communicating and instructed by a gang. Mandarin Chinese speaking, wanting to cause harm via carcinogens and forcing people in home to breathe in toxic substances and even fumes.

They have very evil and malicious intent and thought they could get away with it but, their comms are not secure. Even the way they talk they try to hide their actions and pretend nothing is happening, 
but it is very obvious. 

These people deserve to rot in hell.
