When the phone bot starts playing, say “new customer” then “home” then enter the zip code 17038 then say “yes” then say “previous account” when the bot says which are you calling about. 3. Then when the bot asks how can I help you today say tech support TV and you will be transferred to a rep pretty fast. 4. When the rep answers the phone say your with comcast tech support give a real or fake employee ID then give them a random account to lookup and populate in Einstein360. Before doing that though ask them if they have access to Einstein360 which is extremely important because its the main employee information portal where they can access links to most of the tools and if they say they have it, have them go to Toolkits > X1 > Information and Support From there have them click the Xray Tool link and login. When on Xray have them go to accounts tab then IP address and give them the IP address to lookup. Some extra tips: If they can’t navigate to Xray just have them type the direct link http://xray.traxion.xfinity.com directly in there browser and then have them login. Only TV department has full access to Xray, internet department doesn’t for some reason. You can also try http://classic-xray.traxion.xfinity.com which is the older version of xray if for some reason the new xray doesn’t work.
