The reality is they remove content every time a fed sends │ │ an email to legal@doxbin.com. The "Law Enforcement Policy" section is │ │ nothing but a step-by-step guide on how to collaborate with authorities. │ │ "Voluntarily remove content upon request" means exactly this: if police │ │ asks, they delete. There's no "unless it violates policy"—the law │ │ enforcement request IS the policy. They're collaborators who need a TOS │ │ to justify their snitch behavior. │ │ │ │ THE SITE IS CALLED "DOXBIN" BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO SPREAD "HATE OR HARM" │ │ │ │ This is legal LARPing at its finest. It's like opening a place called │ │ "Stab-Hub" and writing in the rules "we don't promote violence." The name │ │ itself is an admission of criminal intent. "DOX" + "BIN"—a bin is where │ │ you throw garbage to rot. The concept itself implies abandonment, lack of │ │ responsibility, toxicity. And then they have the nerve to talk about │ │ "ethical content" and "meaningful purpose" in the TOS. What "meaningful │ │ purpose" does publishing a random guy's phone number serve? None, except │ │ harassment and the ego boost of some 14-year-old who feels like a hacker. │ │ │ │ The TOS exists for one thing only: to allow admins to say "we're not │ │ responsible" when someone gets swatted, stalked, or killed after their │ │ data ends up on the site. It's a legal shield, not a philosophical │ │ manifesto. They know perfectly well that 90% of doxes are used for │ │ harassment, stalking, swatting, extortion. They know because they read │ │ the comments, see the traffic, see what happens after a dox goes up. But │ │ in the TOS they must pretend to be clean, must play moralists, must build │ │ this house of cards to sleep at night thinking "at least legally we're │ │ covered." │ │ │ │ The "Discretionary Policy" clause nullifies everything else: "Our Staff │ │ Team may use their discretion to remove content we find substantially │ │ unethical." After 3000 words about how they don't censor, here's they can │ │ censor whatever they want based on their "discretion." This makes all │ │ other sections useless. They can delete anything, anytime, and justify │ │ it with this clause. │ │ │ │ Doxbin isn't a free speech platform. It's a profit operation (yes, profit, │ │ through ads and donations) that exploits other people's drama and suffering │ │ to generate traffic, while maintaining a TOS that looks like a mainstream │ │ social network's only out of fear of prosecution.
